Inscribed by "the Kazan family". As noted on the rear endpaper, Molly Day Thacher Kazan died less than a month after President Kennedy. Kazan read this poem in her church the Sunday morning after the assassination. It was subsequently published in the New York Herald. ; 19 pages .
