Budapest: Publishing House of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. Near Fine with No dust jacket as issued. 1957. First Printing. Hard Cover. Publisher's full vellum covers, spine in four compartments separated by raised bands, gilt lettering in two compartments, printed multi-color medallion on cover, ribbon marker bound in. Illustrated with 108 full-page, full-color, facsimile pages from the Kaufmann Haggadah. Enclosed is the 29 page booklet which contains the accompanying text (in English) by Prof. Alexander Scheiber. The facsimile pages of the Haggadah are, of course, in Hebrew.. Covers lightly worn and corners mildly bumped, interior is as new; unmarked, tight, square, and clean. All of the facsimile pages are crisp, bright, and clean. The enclosed pamphlet is only very slightly shelf-worn. NEAR FINE.. Color Plates. Small 4to 9" - 11" tall. (iii), (108-plates); 29-pamphlet pp .
