These were the words written by Kaiser Wilhelm II on the 15th November 1935 across a photograph of himself given to the author. The exiled Kaiser bitterly resented the way in which his life and actions were depicted after his downfall and was looking to his biographer to redress the balance. War alles falsch? could be interpreted as 'Did I then never do anything right?'. 370 pages with interesting photographs. Ownership signature to front end paper.
