There have been 2 pasted gift inscriptions, one to the top left-hand corner of the front paste down and the other to the top edge of the half title page. Illustrated dustwrapper, showing 2 girls among small ships and a jetty in the background. Blue and yellow writing to the front panel and blue on the back strip. Rubbing and chipping to the dustwrapper corners and to the head and to the heel of the back strip. The dustwrapper has been rubbed and slightly faded. The back panel is quite marked and stains are visible. Clipping of the dustwrapper, front fold over, lower right-hand corner.
