Though not called for it is signed by Caldwell on the limitation page. A near fine copy with original paper tissue wrapper. Issued without a dust jacket. Slipcase is a heavily worn and darkened and the top and bottom seams are split. Signed by the author. This book is from the collection of the late, noted Oklahoma book collector Larry Owens.
