The John Hopkins Medical History Club was founded on November 10,1890 by Dr. William Osler, Dr. William H. Welch, Dr. Howard A. Kelly and a group of thirty Hopkins physicians. Kelly, and a history of the club's early days by Dr. William G. MacCallum.
