New York: Curt Valentin, 1955. Decorative Cloth. Collectible; Fine/Very Good. A handsome copy of the 1955 1st American edition. Tight and Near Fine (with bright gilt-lettering along the spine) in a crisp, price-intact, VG+ dustjacket, with very light creasing at the spine crown and light offsetting along the rear panel's top-edge. Tall quarto, 160 pgs. "Eleven reproductions in color and 244 in monochrome; eight pages of reproductions in four-color line-and-tone; an aquatint, a monochrome lithograph and three lithographs in colour specially drawn for this work" (from the front flap).
