London: Ward, Lock & Co. Limited, ND. Presumed first edition,. Hardcover. Very good/good. hardcover, illustrated with b/w photos. Non authorial inscription on the front endpaper, wear to the board edges, sitll a very good copy with clean contents and solid binding in a good dust jacket (chip at heel of spine, edge worn with closed tears, price clipped). Now covered in mylar.
