Willard his 15 minues of fame at a Congressional Committee hearing when he was asked by Congressman Hank Johnson from Ga.if he thought that Guam would capsize if the Navy put too many troops and materials on shore. A fine copy in a fine dust jacket which is now protected by mylar.
