Worn, With One Tiny Point Of Fraying At Top Rear Spine Corner. Gilt Lettering Fairly Clear And Bright With A Tiny Loss To Part Of Publisher's Name At Base Of Spine, All Letters Present Including "Ltd." At Base Of Spine. Hinges Expertly Repaired (The Hinges And Endpapers Are Notoriously Fragile In This Book). There Is A 1 1/2" X 1/2" V-Chip At Foredge Of First Free Endpaper. Very Faint Dampstain Along Lower Edges Of Binding, Noticeable Internally On Endpapers And Catalog At End. A Movie Association Copy, As Barrymore Appeared In The Film "The Invisible Woman" In 1941.
