Also laid in, a review of the book by the Florida Historical Quarterly and author's correspondence with the University of Georgia regarding Superintendent John Stuart (and The Southern Colonial Frontier). The book is about the Southern Indian Boundary Line which has received only scant attention from historians. The author of the book had the job of the accurate translation and transfer of data from eighteenth-century maps to present-day maps. The interesting fact is the colonials were continually trying to push the Indian boundary line as west as possible. Colonials always tried to secure all lands upon which whites were settled, whether the settlements were legal or not. A fascinating, historical book.
