New York: Printed for the Index Society By Columbia University Press, 1943. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/none as issued. Lightest shelf wear to the book, one page corner creased; no jacket as issued. Unnumbered limited edition of fifteen hundred copies. Beginning in 1937 the authors were long time collaborators on the subject of Middle English Lyrics. Robbins academic library is now housed at the Rossell Hope Robbins Library, a medieval studies library at the University of Rochester. Books and other items ship promptly with a tracking number and (generally over $15.00) jacket protectors if applicable. Clean recycled packing material will be used when possible. The Book Shed has a been a member of the Vermont Antiquarian Bookseller's Association since 1997. An online bookseller with a bookshop sensibility!
