Stamped Library of congress suplus on flyleaf. Name of former owner in pencil on flyleaf as well. 184 p. w/ a few pencil notes and underlining in pen, index. A discussion of the then current government of Northern Ireland under Viscount James Craig, with discussions of British policy pertinent to Ireland during the early war years.
