"Limited edition of one hundred volumes of the first world edition... specially printed and bound for Mr. Leo Robinson, Member of the Board of Directors of the Israeli Publishing Institute of Jerusalem", with hand-written presentation name and date. Oversize hardcover has beige cloth-covered boards with blue and gold spine lettering. Illustrated endpapers. Color plates. Black and white photographs and illustrations. Maps. 407 pages + index. NOT ex-library. Binding tight. Hinges NOT cracked. Covers have light surface and edge wear. Mild foxing to covers. Pages clean and unmarked. Dust jacket has light surface rubbing, chipped and nicked edges, a few creases, and a half-inch tear at the top edge of the back panel and a two-inch tear at the top edge of the front panel. Small corner crease on inner front flap; old tape stain on inside of jacket at tear. Jacket is in removable clear plastic protective cover. Dust jacket is NOT price clipped. Carefully packed, shipped in a box. This item will be shipped with signature confirmation required.
