Hardcover. 8vo - 20.5 x 12 cm.; Pars I: xxxi - (1) - 827 - (5) - pp. Generalia de Ichneumonidibus, Ichneumones, Supplementa, Indices et Tabulas duas Lapidi Incisas. Fold out chart ( 50.5 x 39 cm.) tipped in on page 65 - Ichneumonidum Genuinorum. Fold out plate (23.5 x 20.5 cm.) tipped in on last page detailing wing structures. Pars II: (2) - 989 -(1) pp. Tryphones, Trogos, Alomyas et Cryptos. Pars III: (2) - 1097 - (1) pp. Pimplas, Metopios, Bassos, Banchos, Ophiones, Hellwigias, Acaenitas, Xoridas, et Supplementa. Fold out table following page 870 (24.5 x 20.5 cm.). All three volumes are bound in light tan paper covered boards with hand lettered spines. The casing is quite distressed (heavy wear on corners and spines, one backstrip being torn) with the text blocks being very sound and still supple. Preliminaries in all are moderately foxed with light foxing present throughout the rest of the texts. All volumes show light, sparse, and neatly done pencil notations. Previous owner's names and stamps on the front end papers, with two stamps being from libraries in Paris but no further library markings are present. Text block edges are dyed green with a few signatures sitting a bit proud though quite sound. .
