This appears to be the publisher's in-house mock-up for the third printing with 'planning department' stamp on the front endpaper. A pencil notation on the front endpaper: "correct card plate & title page 5 / 28 / 47" and with a revised printed copy of the card plate (list of titles) and title page pasted over the originals, and also some editing marks.
