New York: Putnam, 1967. First Printing of First American Edition. Very Good/Very Good. vi, 226 pages 22 cm. Hardcover. Publisher's original blue cloth over boards, gilt lettering to spine. Book Condition: Spine ends pushed and just the very hint of fading to cover edges. Dust Jacket Condition: Shelf wear and chipping to spine ends but completely intact and showing nicely. Published right around the time when John's Hopkins performed the first sex change operation in the United States.
