Jacket has shallow chipping to corners, also head and foot of spine, now protected by fresh mylar sleeve. Book has been read but no defects. Binding is tight, pages are clean and unmarked. . SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR on second endpaper. Description of Australia and Australians, as seen by a traveler in the mid-1950s. Includes 24 plates.
