Venice., 1779. Copper engraving. Original colour. Fine condition, good margins. Size: 33 x 42 cm. Map of south eastern Germany, with decorated title cartouche, with banners, tents and cannon. Antonio Zatta was one of the leading cartographers and publishers of the time, and his Atlante Novissimo was one of the most beautifully produced of 18th century atlases.
