"Katey" refers to Katey Brichto, an Indiana writer, who is identified on the Acknowledgments page at the rear. This copy is VG in a VG, unclipped ($23.95) DJ designed by Antonio Lasher. Exterior has minor hints of wear, but is rich with bright lettering. Inside fronts and back boards have small faded damp stains (< 1"). Otherwise unmarked, crisp, and tight. DJ has the beginnings of creasing around the edges. Otherwise clean and attractive. .
