TRUE FIRST EDITION, matching ALL requisite points identified by Hirsch & Younge, of this highly collectible & beloved title. Condition very rough, but intact, with the elusive DJ; both only in Acceptable condition, but, accordingly, price is low. Book: stitching on the first few signatures (18 pages) has come nearly completely undone; these pages are now attached only with stitching at bottom, but still all there; rest is securely stitched. Moderate edgewear, corner bumping is heavy, & mild soiling to boards. Tearing & fraying at both ends of spine. Pages are mostly white, with very slight tanning & random soiled spots throughout. NO writing, highlighting, coloring, or underlining save for "read" on ffep. DJ (unclipped, with 250/250 at bottom front flap) has significant wear, creasing along edges, soiling, rubbing, & 2 large missing pieces to front. Nicely protected in new archival mylar cover.
