(xii), (180) pp. Spine only lightly sunned; sunning to gutter of rear cover; offset yellowing to inner margins of free endpapers; else a fine and bright copy, no owner names. "First Published in 1928" on verso of title leaf. Second issue dust jacket (no spine price) has slight spine darkening and rubbing, shallow chips across spine tips (no lettering lost); tidy internal repair with matching paper to spine folds, tips, and across part of top; VG or a bit better in all. An attractive copy of the fourth and final Pooh book (but the one which introduces Tigger). "So they all went off together. But wherever they go, and whatever happens to them on the way, in that enchanted place on the top of the Forest a little boy and his Bear will always be playing." - The End.; Octavo .

Octavo, xii (last blank), 180 pages with numerous illustrations plus endpaper illustrations by Ernest H. Shepard. Gilt-decorated dark green leather, all edges gilt; leather a little scuffed and rubbed at the extremities, with the spine lightly tanned; early gift inscription on the half-title; minimal signs of age and use; an excellent copy. One of 4000 copies of the deluxe issue in full leather, and one of only 1200 bound in green; there were also 1200 in blue and 1600 in red.

Gilt-decorated salmon-pink cloth, top edge gilt, bottom edge uncut (and the leading and bottom edges are a little foxed); cloth marked and unevenly sunned, with the rear bottom corner a little bumped; endpapers offset; contemporary ownership signature; overall, a very good copy with the pictorial dustwrapper in excellent condition (albeit a little sunned, rubbed and slightly chipped).

Original quarter plain light blue buckram and white papered boards with a printed paper-label on the front cover; all edges uncut; a touch of pale foxing to the boards and top edge; offsetting to the free endpapers; two leaves lightly creased; a near-fine copy with the pale blue dustwrapper, lettered in dark blue on the spine and front panel, in excellent condition (lightly marked, a little sunned on and near the spine, with a couple of tiny tears and creases along the top edge).
