Indianapolis: Tilford & Carlon, Printers, 1877. Book. VG Minus. Cloth. First Edition. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Burgundy cloth with gilted tiles and embossed rules to the front. Gilted tiles to the spine, embossed rules to the back. This copy is VG- / Good +. Exterior is rubbed, spine is sunned ( gilt legible, but faded), front gilt still bright, tips and spine ends moderately worn. Inside has bookseller sticker to upper inside front board, a PO signature, and a neat gift inscription on the FEP. Text is unmarked, firmly bound, and modestly/ evenly toned. Scattered foxing to page ends and text. 224 pp.SCARCE..
