Brochure calling for support in the case of Ricardo Chavez Ortiz, who hijacked a Frontier Airlines 737 from Albuquerque to Los Angeles to gain a public forum for injustice towards Chicanos. He conducted interviews aboard the plane with Spanish-language stations, after which he surrendered control of the plane back to its pilot. He was arrested upon landing. The interior of the brochure shows family photographs and provides a hagiographic biography in Spanish, with one brief English section. The back cover advertises a mass gathering at Lincoln Park and calls for financial support for his defense. Chavez-Ortiz pleaded innocent by reason of insanity, but was found guilty.
