"From the fruits and flowers of the English Garden countryside, it is possible to make wines which equal standard sherry in alcoholic content, and can more than hold their own with other imported wines the bouquet, flavour, and potency. With care, patients, and the information given in this little book, the reader can lay down a stock of wine costing as little as £2.10 for every hundred bottles, thus cutting down on the costs of other drinks, and on the burden, though not the conviviality, of entertaining friends." -- Front fold over blurb Size: 12mo (Small Hardcover).
