Full calf binding, with 5 raised bands and red morocco and gilt title label on spine, marbled endpapers. 9 engraved plates of biblical scenes (Cain and Able, Solomon, David, Good Samaritan, etc.) and a fold-out map of Jesus' travels through Palestine - Covers have detached, but are present; lacking the front end page - browning and foxing to many of the pages - Includes all 9 of the engravings, (as called for) + Fold-out map and several pages of 'Family Record' Section which are filled out with births, marriages and death records, earliest was a birth in 1798 - spine if faded and there is wear and rubbing to cover edges - some wear and a occassional small closed tears to page edges. - Overall, a Fair+ to Good Copy - All Plates are Good, or better.
