This particular copy is bound as one tome by Don Etherington in a full leather binding with five raised bands. Onlay leather on the front cover in the form of a front cover and two leather onlay strips stamped in blind on both the front and rear covers. Title in gilt in second compartment on spine over a red leather spine label. Decorated pastepaper pastedowns and free endpapers. Top edge stained brown with gilt specks. A beautifully bound book.
