Hardback. 216pp. The first volume only of the four volumes of papers of Friedrich von Holstein (1837-1909), a subordinate of Bismark and responsible for German Foreign Policy from 1890-1906. Green cloth with black label and gilt titles to spine. Very slightly dust soiled to bottom edge of boards other wise clean and bright. Very lightly bumped to corners. Dw is rubbed to edges and had a small number of tiny chips and tears to the very edges. Dw shows light dust and handling marks, and has been corner clipped. Very good+ copy in Good + dust wrapper. . Hardcover. First edition. 1955.
