The text is illustrated with 29 black and white illustrations by Max Angus. Lime green spine with green and white mottled boards and white writing on the spine. Illustrated dust wrapper, again by Max Angus, with lime and green background and white writing on the front panel and spine.  The history and beauty of some of the Hobart's early architecture.The dust jacket has a one inch tear top edge of the front panel, 1/2 inch tear with slight loss at the head of the spine, and a small moisture mark at the bottom of the spine.
