no place: Self-published by the author as GND/GratefulNotDead Prods, 2008. Paperback. 56p., personal inscription signed by the poet on the title page, very good second state printing of the revised edition trade paperback in pictorial wraps. The poet was born in the 1950s and lives in the San Fernando Valley. He is also a television film editor and has read at Skylight Books and Beyond Baroque. No relation to the Dead guitarist.
