About This Item

Spartanburg, SC: The Reprint Company Publishers, 1979. Hardcover. Near Fine/Very Good +. NF/VG+/1979 reprint. This reprint edition of the History, Addenda, and Records of Midway Church brings together in one volume three separate publications relating to the story of this historic old church: History of Midway Congregational Church, Liberty County, Georgia, published by James Stacy, who was the official historian of the Presbyterian Synod of Georgia; the Addenda to the history, by Elizabeth Walker Quarterman, which brought the history up to date as of 1951; and the Published Records of Midway Church, Vol.I, originally published in 1894, also by James Stacy. The original volumes are reproduced exactly and a complete surname index to all three section was prepared for this edition. This copy is in excellent condition; clean and tight with no foxing or markings. Pertinent b&w photos scattered throughout. Blue covers with bright gold gilded letters on front and spine. Corners sharp. Dust Jacket has gently tanned evenly all over. No nicks or tears, no soiling or stains. Jacket covered with a mylar sleeve. A really handsome copy. BRBC
