B&W illus and color fold-out map. Condition is VERY GOOD ; some wear to corners and ends of spine, front hinge slightly loose but sound. Rear hinge cracked inside, but also sound. Covers very slightly worn and faded, spine daded, text very clean, sides of text block darkened. Music. Stacks.
