Illustrated with numerous b/w photographic images, maps and diagrams. Fold-out map at rear. There is a little rubbing to the card cover corners. A very good minus, clean, tight copy with slight shelf wear to the card covers. No inscriptions but with a very small former owner's sticker at the tail of the inside of the front card cover.
