About This Item

New Delhi: Deep & Deep Publications, 1978. Hardcover. 272p., two plates in b&w, hardbound in 9x5.5 inch black-papered boards and dust jacket. The jacket bears a long poorly-repaired tear along top edge (see our photo) and a couple of cross-outs by a reader where text incorrectly refers to Palafox as a Jesuit. First written in 1644 in Spanish. A very good copy except for the dj.
