Reading. 1809. ]Book measures 36.5x29.cm. [ probably a large paper copy, with good margins ]. Collation, iii,430,[1],xxxvi,[68]pp, 21 plates as listed, plus an additional large double page plate '' view of Reading from the River Kennet ''. Bound in period or early half calf, calf corners, buckram boards, raised bands, gilt tooling. Calf lightly rubbed, some scuff marking, very minor wear to joints, back board has a faded patch. Generally a very good clean firm binding. Internally, previous owners bookplate. Pages and plates in very good clean condition. A very nice copy. F. Half Calf. Very Good Plus. Large Quarto.

We are a long established company dealing in second-hand, out of print and antiquarian books on all subjects. We are based in Hertfordshire, just 2 miles north of Junction 25 of the M25. We are members of the PBFA and exhibit at a large number of their fairs across the UK.
