London: For T. Cadell and W. Davies, 1815. Octavo. 2nd edition. In two volumes. 561 and 602pp. From the library of Philip Reade of Woodpark with his bookplate. A memoir of events Wraxall witnessed or information he received from respectable sources. In this edition he admits a few libel mistakes were made and he is either making corrections or simply leaving this information out of his work. Bound in 3/4 calf over marbled paper covered boards, black morocco spine label gilt, marbled paper rubbed, internally clean and bright. A handsome set.
