Blue illustrated dust jacket has light edgewear, pinhole on spine, all four corners clipped, still handsome, now protected by clear mylar sleeve. Boards of book are faded at extremities, no other defects. Binding is tight, pages are clean and unmarked. . Hal Borland writes about his boyhood as part of a homesteading family in Eastern Colorado. A nice copy of the first edition, as stated on the copyright page. Scarce in this condition. . 8vo 8" - 9" tall. 251 pages. J6 .
