New York: Harrison Smith & Robert Haas, 1936. First Printing stated. Hardcover . Used - very good/Near fine. First Printing stated. Bright fuschia boards with 'High Wall' in black, with 1/4' dampstain to right corner of front panel and faint mottling to corner of rear panel. A square, tight and unmarked copy with some foxing to edges of textblock and toning to gutters. Unclipped dust jacket, with chips and some rubbing to rear panel now protected in removable mylar. 'High Wall' was adapted into a 1947 film noir starring Robert Taylor, Audrey Totter and Herbert Marshall.
