Text block in good shape, though one page has a tear in the big lower margin. The book has been repaired using bookbinding adhesive to fix the cracked hinges front and back, and the spine piece which was worn and broken at the joints... holding up well, though not the most presentable outside. Prev. owner name to endpaper. No dust jacket or slipcase, whatever it came with originally. This copy notes limitation of edition, but is not numbered or signed by Elbert Hubbard..
