Hardcover with dust jacket, xviii + 426 pages, plus black-and-white illustrations; well used personally owned copy with light shelf wear and bumping to covers, fore edge finger soiled, top edge (finger?) soiled, but despite this almost all pages are very clean and unmarked, fresh and white, except for just a few text pages with light food soiling spots in the outer margins, but overall intact and complete, tight in binding, a decent reading/working copy; DJ has numerous tiny tears and chips. . First Edition. Hard Cover. Good/Good.
