Sterling condition hardcover copy, with unbruised tips, tight binding, and clean internals, showing only very slight shelf- and edge-wear; not ex-library, with neither underlining nor highlighting anywhere. Apparently unread, spine still crackles. Adorned with a fine painting by Joan Miro inside the front flap, by paintings by Hofmann over covers, illustrated endpapers both front and rear, fine full-color paintings and illustrations throughout, and with musings by Jed Perl. Each of Hofmann's paintings is titled and captioned and explained in context in reference to the daily journal he kept from 1935-1965.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards. Additional postage may be required for oversize or especially heavy volumes, and for sets.
