1873. Original manuscript. Very Good. 2-1/2pp, folio, written clearly on lined paper. Stauffer orders that upon his death, "...my body be decently interred in a Christianlike manner"; and that his debts and funeral expenses be paid at once; that his farm be managed by his executor with the consent of his wife, Annie; that his wife set a proper amount "...to bequeath to Edw. Keener, a boy we are now raising..."; that his brother-in-law, Philip M. Keener, serve as his executor; &c. Signed by Martin Peck. Witnessed by John K. Eshelman and S.R. Zug. Docketed on verso, with a notation "has since made another."
