Upper cover and spine ink spotted and smudged, a little bubbling to lower cover, upper hinge partly split and neatly repaired, front inner paper hinge partly cracked, binding tight and firm, no inscriptions, contents clean, very small closed tear to inner edge of map of St Petersburg, 100 mm (4") closed tear to inner edge of map of Russia, neatly repaired on blank side, a couple of folds neatly strengthened on reverse.
