London: Thomas Tegg, 1815. First Edition. Loose_leaf. Near Fine. Hand colored etching/aquatint on wove paper. Sheet size: Height: 142 mm. Width: 231 mm. [Image size border-to-border 109 mm. x 194 mm.]. Lettered with title and publication line: "London. Published by Thomas Tegg. No 111. Cheapside. Jan. 9. 1815". [Note: on this print this inscription is only partially legible due to combination of print being cut just short and foxing to critical areas of inscription.] Print Condition: near fine with wide margins, strong line and color, a few smudges well out on the margins. Description of content: [from The British Museum website]: "See No. 12454. P. 234. Napoleon leaps from the side-window of a ramshackle hut of wood and thatch, while Cossacks (left) mounted and on foot arrive at the front of the hut; the foremost strikes at the door with an axe. A French private holding a pistol, opens a casement window beside the door. See No. 12001, &c. 9 January 1815 Hand-colored etching and aquatint.
