Boston: Little, Brown, and Company, 1892. First edition. Hardcover. Good+. 2 vol. 8vo. [5], iv-viii, [1], 2-333; [5], vi-viii, [1], 2-395, [3] pp. Green cloth with gold lettering on the spines. Navy endpapers and pastedowns. Volume two illustrated with a few maps. Part six of Parkman's France and England in North Amerca, A Series of Narratives. Howes P-99. Rubbing to the boards' edges and a small white discoloration on the front board of volume two. Volume one lacks the final blank leaf and coated endpaper, volume two has an inscription that gives a short history of Francis Parkman.
