Oxford University Press, 1968. facsimile reprint. Hardcover. Very Good/No Dust Jacket. Hardcover in slipcase. Facsimile of the original manuscript owned by the National Orchestral Association, New York. Maroon cloth boards with title in gold on front cover and on spine. Small rubbed area to front cover. Slight sunfade to spine. Text is crisp and clean. Encased in a brown slipcase which shows some soil, sunfade and scuffing. Title label is unevenly sunfaded with light soil. Always carefully wrapped and shipped in cardboard boxes to protect your purchase.
