[London: HMSO, 1870. Paperback. Very Good. This is a single leaf of text (pp. 335-336) extracted from the "Army Medical Department Report for the Year 1868" and pressure bound in a modern blue wrapper with a photocopy of a portion of the original title-page mounted on the front. This two page report by Horton on Guinea-Worm was Appendix XVIII to the 1868 report. Horton items are quite scarce.
