Binding contains rubbing and wear to the extremities; spine caps are fraying; spine is lightly faded. Inner joints are neatly and professionally strengthened. Some creasing is present to the upper corner of the first five leaves and to page 129. Interior pages are otherwise clean. A spiritual and metaphysical approach to health. In the "Forward" the author refers to a law of suggestion and states: "If I have succeeded in showing you how, without hypnotic control, the involuntary mind can be influenced, and so co-ordinated as to insure a proper rebuilding of the cells which compose the organs of the body, thus practically making you a new creature, and so restoring you to perfect health, I shall have fulfilled all my desire
