Image size: 220 x 151mm; with the wide margins: 450 x 331mm. There's very mild foxing in the margins only. - De Groot / Rijksmuseum, n° 154; Godoli, page 62. -Very rare proof impression of the central image of Hoytema's calendar page for November, 1907. Very few proofs as this were printed. The captivating image is illustrated and discussed by Cliff Ackley on pages 120-121 of the catalogue "Holland on Paper in the Age of Art Nouveau" (Boston, Museum of Fine Arts, 2014). Between 1902 till 1909 these calendars were published by Hoytema himself. - The closest thing to a pure landscape among all Van Hoytema's calendar lithographs.
