BOOKS SHIP THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY, WRAPPED IN PADDING, IN A BOX. The copyright date is 1953 but Golden Press was formed in 1958; given there is none of the standard Golden Press indications of printing, this is most likely the first printing after the company acquired the title from Simon and Schuster. Additionally, the full-spread illustrations have a white gap along the gutter probably due to not adjusting the printing plate size to the larger page size than the Golden Books edition.
